ShopBest – Informational Review on Shop Best MLM

December 29, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · 2 Comments

ShopBest is a fairly new MLM company also referred to as Shop Best (with spaces).

ShopBest is a multi-level marketing company which combines shopping and saving with exclusive retail offers that are available for use at well-known websites. ShopBest leverages online retail with social media to help people make money by rewarding shopping habits and new user referrals. The organization also gives back, contributing 10% of its corporate profits to selected children’s charities recommended by valued distributors. Founded in November 2009, ShopBest is planning a national launch for March 2010 in Las Vegas.

ShopBest Shop Best

What makes ShopBest different in terms of MLM and network marketing opportunities?

Well, the reality of the MLM Network marketing world is that many of the items being sold are over priced because they need to factor in compensation for their distributors.  Many health related products and health related netowrk marketing companies fit this description, unfortunately.

Here’s some down to earth facts for you:

  • More and more people are coming online every day and becoming more familiar with all that can be done form the comfort of an online shopping or surfing experience.
  • Online shopping and e-commerce is grabbing an ever-increasing market share in the world of retail, and E-tail is becoming more and more of a necessity for the larger merchant brands.
  • with more and more internet-savvy shoppers on the horizon, there are more bargain-savvy consumers out there doing online shopping.
  • when you combine these three facts with a network marketing opportunity that doesn’t really require any selling, you have what looks to be a winner.

Is ShopBest just another surf and shop-to-earn program and opportunity?

These types of programs have been around before and have come and gone into the Wild, Wild West of outdated programs with meager potential for earnings and business growth.

ShopBest seems a bit different because they have a free membership, unlike other programs, and they also provide a way for free members to earn an income as free members just by surfing, sharing, shopping and earning income and cash back.

As shoppers browse for items ranging from toiletries to automobiles, points are accumulated on the toolbar that can be used to trade for gifts or money. ShopBest even awards shopping points for sharing free toolbars with other users.

Who is running ShopBest behind the scenes?

As you may well know, leadership in a network marketing program is important because it  gives you an indication on how well the whole system and program is going to work, if at all.

are the people behind ShopBest and they have experience with and have been successful with those ventures, but haven’t proven themselves with this type of Multi Level Marketing concept yet.

NOTE: I’ll have to admit this is a rather weak negative point because when something is new and unique then nobody has had a chance to prove themselves yet in that particular arena.

What I like and dislike about ShopBest

Dislikes:

Sales page seems a little on the hyped-up side, too many exclamation points

I like reading text when trying to ascertain what a program is all about

Likes:

It’s not a health-related product, so the opportunity isn’t the real product here, saving money and earning money by sharing this concept is the real product

Has free entry level so members can join for free then upgrade later on to increase earnings

Efusjon review + How to Make 1k/week in Efsujon Murielle’s Story part 2

November 3, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Efusjon

This is part 2 of the Efusjon review series and Muirelle’s story.  It’s quite inspiring and reveals how persistence and reality checks combined with a determination to succeed will eventually bring you the success in network marketing that you’re striving for.

In part 2 of this Efusjon review story, Muirelle reveals;

  • Why Efusjon is different +
  • How to Make $1000 a week or a month with Efusjon.

At this point you are probably wondering why is this one different and how can you can quickly make $1000 a week, well let me explain.

Efusjon created a revolutionary community compensation structure and you can be rewarded in ways that have never before been seen in the network marketing industry.   The “community overlap” plan rewards you not only for your efforts and your organizations efforts, but even for the efforts of people beside you and above you within the community matrix!   So with support of active associates from the left, the right, and above your organization, you can get paid on people completely unaffiliated with you.

This creates a feeling of community and an a true opportunity for all to succeed in direct sales.

Month 1

You join the club for under $200.   This covers your enrollment fee and 4 cases of your product.   has 4 great flavors of healthy all natural no preservatives energy drink.

You tell 3 friends about the club and for each you person you introduce to the energy club you receive a $75 product volume bonus off their first month’s order.

You have now made $225 your first month in the business.

Month 2

With your sponsors help, now you help your 3 friends tell their 3 friends about the efusjon Energy Club and help them get their 3 into the business and receive a $200 coaching bonus on each one.

You have now made $600 your 2nd month in the business, plus now you will begin receiving 4.5% in residual month commissions from the people you enrolled into the business.

Month 3

It continues to pay forward with your friends helping their friends and so on, so let’s look at approximate numbers:

With each person paying it forward, you can see how this grows…

  • Month 2- 9 Associates =  $48.60 + Varying Bonus’
  • Month 3- 27 Associates = $145.80 + Varying bonus’
  • Month 4- 81 Associates =  $437.40 (just residual)
  • Month 5- 243 Associates =  $1,312.20
  • Month 6- 729 Associates =  $3,936.60

For each person you introduce into the efusjon business, you get paid a 4.5% of any sales volume of associates that were enrolled by you, your enrollees, and their enrollee’s and so on through all 15 levels of your community matrix.

Now let’s talk about the free money!!

For your neighbors working either side of you, you receive 2.25% of any sales volume on the associates that were placed in your matrix through community overlap.    These numbers are not included in the above.

Finally let’s talk about how you can make $1000 a week in efusjon.  If you ask any business owner how long it takes them to see a profit in their business, most will tell you at least 5 years because of costs associated with starting a business.   In direct sales we can see a profit after only a couple of months in the business.  I would like to be objective and set realistic goals that you might like to achieve after 1 year in business.

Your matrix holds about 131,000 associates.  Although I believe with the right goal setting and effort, each of us can get it at least 1% right after 1 year in business. .

  • 131,100 x 1% = 1311
  • 50% Direct Enrollees = $3,539 / month
  • 50% Community Overlap = $1770 / month
  • Monthly income would be over $5,309 per month
  • That’s over $63,000 a year.

With all this said, I’m not here to recruit you to Efusjon, just to tell my story and to share with you why I chose Efusjon as my stimulus plan.    Each of us will form our own opinion of what works best for us and why.

Should you desire more information, please feel free to reach out to me.   Our team success is phenomenal and experiencing exponential growth.    Team Energy 212 is positioned for success and growing a power matrix in the company.   We offer tools such as conference calls and webinars to plug into at least 3 to 4 days a week, training materials and a business plan to help each member of our team reach their goals and dreams.

I wish you the best in your endeavors in the direct sales industry and look forward to talking to many of you.   muirelle@gmail.com   http://www.energy212.com

Efusjon Review – Muirelle’s Story Part 1

November 2, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Efusjon

Hi, Daniel McGonagle here.  I invited Muirelle Montecalvo, a leader in Team Efusjon, to write about her experiences with the Efusjon network marketing program and company.

I trust her and I thought it would be good for you to read her EFusjon review / overview to get a better understanding on how money is really made in network marketing, but also to reveal to you someone who truly knows how to network and build monster teams under her.

So begins Muirelle’s Efusjon review and story – Part 1

Here we all sit in a horrible economy with a stock market can’t make up its mind if it’s up or down, we get laid off from our jobs, and our housing market is still not that great.  Many are losing their homes and that feeling of control of being able to provide for your families.   I’d like to tell you a story and I hope you take time to listen.

I was a successful business women and with a six figure income working for a medium size company in corporate America when my company fell on hard times last year. With the future looking bleak of finding something else, it was time to make a change. I looked at buying a business or perhaps a franchise, but that seemed so expensive, start up costs ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 and no guarantees and the average business owner not seeing any profit or for that matter anything for the first 5 years in business. It seemed the odds were stacked against me. I couldn’t afford that, I have young children and a family to support!

Big companies that got bailout money, their execs still have their jobs and bonus’ while many of the rest of the country suffers. Small businesses are getting hit with taxes that are pushing them out of business coupled with not much money flowing is just making things worse.
I looked at the potential to own my own business.

I quickly discovered that starting a business or buying a franchise was very expensive ranging anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000 in start up costs.  Something I definitely could not afford right now and with no guarantees of success with this economy so I looked at the Direct Sales Industry.   The benefits seemed good, low start up costs, a business with virtually no financial risk, tax benefits, the unlimited income potential and flexibility to be able to spend more time with family seemed like it would be a great way to get started.

At the time, like many others, I got talked into the greatest company with promises of tons of money and great business etc. etc. It all seemed great and I signed up. I went out and found a couple of really motivated people like me and together we put in 600 people directly and indirectly by helping our team in a few short months!!!!   That many people should be pretty great for direct sales don’t you think?

Well sadly I made nothing worth talking about.  You know why?

Because like most MLM companies their comp plans are confusing and when presented by the “upline” are not completely explained correctly.   These seem to be stacked in the favor of the few that succeed.   Most are a minimum of 15 pages long with all kinds of loop holes and stipulations that were hard to meet and if you didn’t meet them in certain time frames then you got absolutely nothing. Not to mention there were so many ways they found to keep the money by cutting you off, it made me sick. I couldn’t believe the company had been around as long as they have.

I quickly found it was hard for most of the team to make anything and I wasn’t making much either after all that hard work.

One of the great things is I started to meet some great networking leaders in the industry and a couple of new companies were in pre-launch. One suggested I buy a spot as this was going to be the next big one.   I decided I wanted to really learn about the industry so that I could share my knowledge with others and perhaps make a change where others could succeed well so I bought a spot to check it out.

In a short period of time I had over 400+ people under me.

It’s was a binary so guess what, 400 people under me in a “power leg” are worth nothing unless I keep putting people in my weak leg and if I only get a couple, then the leg isn’t worth anything.   It’s basically a way for the company to say you need to build both sides but we’ll only pay you on one. In my continued research I bought a cheap spot in another and again I have thousands under me but again nothing unless I build a huge team on the other side.

So how does that help the average person who wants to try direct sales?

I decided to really study comp plans and look for the right company, where not only the leaders made money, but the average person could too.   We needed to create our own stimulus package!!!

I began to study statistics and compensation plans of at least 40 network marketing companies and quickly discovered that most people know and can introduce at least 3 people to a business through word of mouth advertising.

However, even if you do this, most network marketing companies you still don’t make much if anything, therefore the turnover is extremely high and unfortunately most people become negative on the industry.

It was time to find the right product and the right plan and be able to share my findings with others to the same financial and time freedom that I was seeking.

In my research, I was introduced to efusjon and have not looked back since. I joined in June and in a few short weeks had over 100 on my team just through duplication.   Not only was I getting checks, but almost everyone on my team was too!!!!

It was truly THE BEST comp plan in the industry.   Why?

Efusjon had created a pay plan that was different and has never been seen before in the network marketing industry.  A simple plan that takes only 1 page to explain.  No balancing, no hoops, no building power legs, no titles, and a true opportunity for each of us to equally create our own stimulus package.

Like the “Pay It Forward”, CEO and Founder Rob Towles had a vision to help people and give them an opportunity to create their own stimulus package.   Before getting involved, I wanted to make sure this was the right company, I did not want to be sucked in by the networkers that were all about themselves (and we all know plenty of them!), so my sponsor set up a call for Rob and I to talk.

I listened!  I listened to man who had a vision to help the world.   A true vision of selflessness and I was impressed.

Mandura changes Compensation Plan! Good or bad?

November 2, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Mandura

Mandura is a program I am pretty knowledgeable about and I just found out they modified their compensation plan.  However, this post is really mean to educate you about network marketing compensation plans and how different ones affect you personally.

Is Mandura’s compensation plan change good for Mandura members or is it a bad thing?

Madura has a straight-line matrix compensation plan which is a comp plan I’ve always been a big fan of, and part of that comp plan structure was to give a certain percentage of generational commissions to the people who sign up under you, and then formthe people who signe dup under them.

This is a typical mlm network marketing compensation plan. The leveraging of yours and other’s efforts to build your own income, so nothing new there really since almost all compensation plans work that way.

However, what Mandura did recently was they lessened the commissions that IBOs got from their immediate generations but also furthered the outreach and generational bonuses and commissions.

The bad part about Mandura’s Compensation Plan change:

If you are/were an IBO for Mandura you’re going to see less commissions from people you’ve signed up under you, and you’re going to see less commissions from the people they signed up, too.  Moving forward, every person you sign up means less to you in a lot of ways.

You make less per direct signup

Your downlines earn less per their direct enrollees

Your income and your downlines income take a hit here

This makes it harder for average network marketers to get into profit and will be sort of a death knoll for a lot of the IBOs breaking even or even losing money on a monthly basis.

The good part about Mandura’s Compensation Plan change:

Now that we got the bad stuff out of the way, let’s look at the positive side of these changes.

The other side of this coin, the main reason behind these changes to the compensation plan was actually to enhance the income generating potential for Mandura IBOs by extending the generational commissions to deeper and deeper levels down into the matrix.

So while you might make less right now, Mandura’s comp plan change has actually increased the earnings potential here because it encourages people to:

ship up or ship out,

to build and support their teams

and basically lights a fire under stagnant teams who are sitting on their hands waiting for stuff to happen.

It’s almost as if Mandura treated their IBOs like children, saying,

I’m taking this toy away from you for no reason known to you and without your consent (changed comp. plan),

so you’re going to have to start acting differently (start building your generations out more)

in order to get an even bigger, and better toy back later on (more income potential)

Overall, here’s what I think will happen as a result of this compensation plan change.

Those who aren’t making  a lot of money right now or are losing money every month will bail out and leave Mandura, using this as their excuse to leave

Those who have built solid teams and have good system sin place will re-double their efforts because they don’t want their efforts to this point to go to waste, and the successful networkers will see this as a good excuse to redouble their efforts to capitalize on these changes.

Yoli Blast Caps, Yoli The Truth Pt.2

October 20, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Yoli Blast Caps

This is a follow up to the “Yoli Blast Caps and Yoli Truth are coming to town“, post with some more details about Yoli the Truth, Yoli Blast Caps and how they measure up against 3 other very popular juice network marketing companies..

The very thing that makes Yoli’s business model truly revolutionary also has a bad side to it:

Yoli has a low price point that is unbeatable right now due to their use of the Blast Caps, which elminate the need sto ship bottles to IBOs, which means they only have to send out small Blast Caps, which alos cna easily double as promotional giveaway to build your distributorship.

However, the less a product costs, the less you make off it right?   That’s simple economics anyone can understand; the less you gross the less you net, plain and simple.

On the flip side to this, the lower the entry point for a product, the easier it is to sell, and that’s always a very important point when considering what network marketing company to invest time and effort into promoting.  There’s an old saying in network marketing about whthether your network marketing company truly has a good product:

“Ask yourself if you would buy it even if you weren’t promoting it as an IBO”

I personally don’t buy any health beverages outside of my businesses that I’ve involved in, but I would have to say that there’s no question I’d pay out the pittance that Yoli costs me each month for continued and improved health and energy.

The lower the entry point AND staying point (monthly fees) for IBOs, the lower the attrition rates, even from deadbeat downlines all are factors that are going to make this a pretty long-term, brand-name network marketing company.

Network marketing health juice companies like Mandura, MonaVie, and Efusjion to name a few had better re-think their distribution methods or they will start to see serious decrease in their market share.

Mandura had the right idea by shipping large 32 oz. bottles to IBOs for a health drink that only requires 4 oz. of daily intake so each bottle lasts 8 days.  The problem with Mandura is their drink tastes so good they never last 8 days but their idea of reducing shipping costs by increasing the potency of the drink to require only 4 oz. was brilliant and their bottles are extremely colorful and well-done and are marketing tools in and of themselves, even when empty.

Efusjion ships cases out and in cans and they have 4 flavors for you to choose from, but this is outdated for a numbe ro freasons:

  1. Cans don’t make for good marketing material, bottles do
  2. Costs more to ship a case of cans than it does 2 bottles of Mandura

MonaVie -Personally, I think MonaVie is all done and they just don’t know it yet since a lot of their IBOs don’ t like the taste, would rather promote something that’s less expensive (easier sell) and something that doesn’t have preservatives (appeals to the health and wellness side of things).

So when you have something like Yoli that’s easy as heck to market (give away free Yoli samples all day long with some drop cards to build your business) plus a very low and safe entry point you have something that gonna make oyu happy, long-term happy.

As mentioned earlier in this post, the only weakness behind the Yoli network marketing company’s business model is part of the reason why they’re going to be so successful when they really launch.

The less something costs the less you get paid and you’ll have to get some serious numbers of people under you to make a decent income from it. But again….any idiot can give away a free sample via Yoli Blast Caps and build their business that way without thinking.

So, despite the fact that you need a lot to make a lot here that is offset by the extreme ease in which anyone can build a “business” around it.

Yoli Compensation Plan:

Oh yeah, and there’s always the Yoli Compensation plan, too.  Almost forgot about that.

Not very many marketers are fans of the binary compensation plan which is why there are so many binary hybrids/ unilevels out there now trying to make good of an inherently bad thing. With binaries you need to place people and build your organization manually, and it pales by comparison, compensation-plan-wise to Mandura and Efusjion’s compensation plans (Efsujion is also a hybrid binary comp plan, and Mandura has a wonderful straight line matrix)

Yoli Blast Caps and Yoli Truth coming to town, watch out…

October 20, 2009 by Daniel Mcgonagle · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Yoli Blast Caps

Yoli is a network marketing company with yet another health product, and their first product is called Yoli Truth.

Yoli’s founders are Robby Fender, Corey Citron, and Daren Falter and they’ve finally done something with a health product based network marketing related distribution model that I’ve always wanted to see: use of technology to make a less inexpensive product…

My biggest complaint as an network marketer has been the over-pricing involved in products that could possibly be obtained elsewhere for less, albeit without the added income stream to it.  The reason why so many healt hproducts are so  over-priced is they have to factor in shipping costs for new bottles to be sent out to their IBOs on autoship.

Is Yoli truly a revolutionary program, company and product?

What Yoli does is they drastically reduced the price of their products with their introduction of their Yoli blastcaps technology which elminates the need for costly shipping of bottles, which means the overhead is less, the cost to the end users is greatly reduced which results in great value for the consumer.

I consider Yoli a truly revolutionary business to get involved in because they truly have done what no other company has done before, they LOWERED the bar, they lowered the entry level fo rnew members to an extremely inexpensive entry point.

They took the #1 most damaging thing to most network markeitng businesses longetivity whic his that the overhead for those who aren’t making money wit hit are quickly frustrated and can’t afford thei rcostly monthl yfees so they bail out within 2 months o fjoining.

Yoli has an entry point of $3.00 (not that’s not a mis print!) made possible by their use of blastcaps technology which allows them to deliver their products at a price that nobody else can match, at least not right now.  This will soon be a copied method and technology because Yoli has the very real potential ofp utting a LO Tof other high-end programs like preservative-leader Monavie in their dust.

Yoli Products:

Yoli has been incorporating wholesome Vitamin C and a proprietary blend of some of the most popular ingredients of the day: Pomegranate, Alkaplex®, Acai extract, Gogi Berry, Resveratrol, Oxyphyte™ White Tea extract, Probiotics, and Monatau®, Yoli Blast Caps® deliver to the market a healthy alternative to all of the nutrient-deprived, sweetened beverages most people are consuming every day.

Yoli Compensation Plan:

The Yoli Compensation Plan blends the synergy and excitement of the Binary with the stability of the Unilevel to create a powerful Hybrid which truly is the best of both worlds. By incorporating the strongest aspects of each, Yoli has created a dynamic, stable compensation plan that will stand the test of time.

iJango – A review of the iJango network marketing opportunity by Steve Smith

iJango offers a web portal via referral marketing. The company has recently announced that they are repositioning to be a Membership Rewards Community. The iJango free users are referred to as Community Members.

Those participating in the business opportunity to earn compensation from growing the membership base are referred to as Community Directors.

The Chairman of iJango is Steve Smith, formerly with Excel Communications.

The iJango presentation videos are very well done aesthetically but when it comes to actual value and content within they under deliver. The videos simply where not clear enough as to exactly how the product works to generate income for it’s reps.

Basically what iJango has done is take a portal similar to how the iGoogle homepage works and imports all the different sites people use everyday like eBay, Google searches, shopping portals, clothing stores, and just about anything else where people make a purchase. Ijango claims that when someone clicks on a website through your portal you make a commission. However, it is not clear how much of a commission you make or where that commission comes from.

To become a Community Director, members must pay a one-time fee of$149.95 and a $19.95 recurring monthly fee for tools and support.

AmeriPlan Review – Is Now The time To Promote AmeriPlan?

This AmeriPlan Review will discuss all the ins and outs of Ameriplan, why it’s a unique program with some drawbacks, but also with an evergreen appeal that has its moments of  Perfect Storm-ness to it.

At a later date, this post will get updated  with an interview with Alan Turnquist, CEO of Mentors on a Mission.

Ameriplan Corporation is claiming to be the nations’ premier Discount Medical Plan Organization. They say they can save it members hundreds of millions of dollar in supplemental healthcare.

They also claim to be the countries largest discounted fee-for-services program of its type. They also claim to have over 30,000 dental providers, 7,700 Chiropractors, 50,000 or more pharmacies and over 12,000 optical providers.

Twin brothers, Dennis and Daniel Bloom, started this company. They started by working with 2 dentists to create a discount dental plan. They had a wonderful vision and sincere goal to add more benefits to their dental plan. They wanted to add vision, chiropractic and prescription discounts. Today there are over 2 million members in the US and numerous healthcare providers as listed earlier.

Source:

Ameriplan, a multi level marketing (MLM), stands as an ideological corporation of discounted medical plans for Americans. it is a network of physicians, who offer quality diagnosis for all health problems at discounted rates. this MLM corporation has been in existence since 1992 and has progressed over the years.

Supplemental health care forms the business background for Ameriplan. it is the largest fee-for-service provider in the U.S. you will save considerably through the discounted health care services offered by Ameriplan.

This MLM corporation is well known for providing medical assistance to subscribers round the clock. features are extended to some key areas of healthcare that are very critical in providing quality and timely assistance such as minimum waiting time, access to timely treatments without prior authorization, little or no paper procedures, quick deliverances, and access to specialists. other features include various beauty and cosmetic treatments.

In addition, Ameriplan has moved a step ahead by providing its customers with supplementary services such as psychological or mental healthcare services, physical therapy, laboratory facilities and counseling services.

You can also expect advanced healthcare facilities from Ameriplan by subscribing to the services of certified nurses, who address the problems in a professional way. this way, you will give better treatments and will reduce further risks and efforts.

It is easy to join this MLM company to assure better healthcare services, without the formal procedures of signing papers. you can have quick and easy access to a comprehensive healthcare plan by just registering at the Ameriplan web site, without sending a fax or hard copy of application.

The business model of Ameriplan is tapping the unnoticed supplementary health care needs of Americans, who have not subscribed a health insurance plan. Ameriplan incorporates a huge network of around thousands of physicians, nurses and other health specialists for administering the health problems of thousands Americans.

Source:

Since Ameriplan got so popular, a lot of people failed with it, but a lot of people did great with it, too.

What COULD make Ameriplan an extremely popular program again is the fact that there’s a raging health-care crisis in the Unite States.  A huge majority of average people do not have health care, and even if universal health care coverage does get achieved, which is doubtful, AmeriPlan has a lot of its health care providers tied in so they can be provider sunder that new plan, if it ever happens.

A lot of nay-sayers of AmeriPlan have disdain for its compensation plan and the service and product itself, and maybe they have some merit to what they say, but more likely than not, they’re telling people that,

“AmeriPlan is OK here’s my objective review, but AmeriPlan’s training sucks so you need toget on my list here”

That’s called the siphoning method for network marketing and you can read more about it at this post, The Siphoning Method For Network Marketing Recruiting, or you can practice this extremely powerful attraction marketing by clicking here
