Efusjon Review – Muirelle’s Story Part 1
Hi, Daniel McGonagle here. I invited Muirelle Montecalvo, a leader in Team Efusjon, to write about her experiences with the Efusjon network marketing program and company.
I trust her and I thought it would be good for you to read her EFusjon review / overview to get a better understanding on how money is really made in network marketing, but also to reveal to you someone who truly knows how to network and build monster teams under her.
So begins Muirelle’s Efusjon review and story – Part 1
Here we all sit in a horrible economy with a stock market can’t make up its mind if it’s up or down, we get laid off from our jobs, and our housing market is still not that great. Many are losing their homes and that feeling of control of being able to provide for your families. I’d like to tell you a story and I hope you take time to listen.
I was a successful business women and with a six figure income working for a medium size company in corporate America when my company fell on hard times last year. With the future looking bleak of finding something else, it was time to make a change. I looked at buying a business or perhaps a franchise, but that seemed so expensive, start up costs ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 and no guarantees and the average business owner not seeing any profit or for that matter anything for the first 5 years in business. It seemed the odds were stacked against me. I couldn’t afford that, I have young children and a family to support!
Big companies that got bailout money, their execs still have their jobs and bonus’ while many of the rest of the country suffers. Small businesses are getting hit with taxes that are pushing them out of business coupled with not much money flowing is just making things worse.
I looked at the potential to own my own business.
I quickly discovered that starting a business or buying a franchise was very expensive ranging anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000 in start up costs. Something I definitely could not afford right now and with no guarantees of success with this economy so I looked at the Direct Sales Industry. The benefits seemed good, low start up costs, a business with virtually no financial risk, tax benefits, the unlimited income potential and flexibility to be able to spend more time with family seemed like it would be a great way to get started.
At the time, like many others, I got talked into the greatest company with promises of tons of money and great business etc. etc. It all seemed great and I signed up. I went out and found a couple of really motivated people like me and together we put in 600 people directly and indirectly by helping our team in a few short months!!!! That many people should be pretty great for direct sales don’t you think?
Well sadly I made nothing worth talking about. You know why?
Because like most MLM companies their comp plans are confusing and when presented by the “upline” are not completely explained correctly. These seem to be stacked in the favor of the few that succeed. Most are a minimum of 15 pages long with all kinds of loop holes and stipulations that were hard to meet and if you didn’t meet them in certain time frames then you got absolutely nothing. Not to mention there were so many ways they found to keep the money by cutting you off, it made me sick. I couldn’t believe the company had been around as long as they have.
I quickly found it was hard for most of the team to make anything and I wasn’t making much either after all that hard work.
One of the great things is I started to meet some great networking leaders in the industry and a couple of new companies were in pre-launch. One suggested I buy a spot as this was going to be the next big one. I decided I wanted to really learn about the industry so that I could share my knowledge with others and perhaps make a change where others could succeed well so I bought a spot to check it out.
In a short period of time I had over 400+ people under me.
It’s was a binary so guess what, 400 people under me in a “power leg” are worth nothing unless I keep putting people in my weak leg and if I only get a couple, then the leg isn’t worth anything. It’s basically a way for the company to say you need to build both sides but we’ll only pay you on one. In my continued research I bought a cheap spot in another and again I have thousands under me but again nothing unless I build a huge team on the other side.
So how does that help the average person who wants to try direct sales?
I decided to really study comp plans and look for the right company, where not only the leaders made money, but the average person could too. We needed to create our own stimulus package!!!
I began to study statistics and compensation plans of at least 40 network marketing companies and quickly discovered that most people know and can introduce at least 3 people to a business through word of mouth advertising.
However, even if you do this, most network marketing companies you still don’t make much if anything, therefore the turnover is extremely high and unfortunately most people become negative on the industry.
It was time to find the right product and the right plan and be able to share my findings with others to the same financial and time freedom that I was seeking.
In my research, I was introduced to efusjon and have not looked back since. I joined in June and in a few short weeks had over 100 on my team just through duplication. Not only was I getting checks, but almost everyone on my team was too!!!!
It was truly THE BEST comp plan in the industry. Why?
Efusjon had created a pay plan that was different and has never been seen before in the network marketing industry. A simple plan that takes only 1 page to explain. No balancing, no hoops, no building power legs, no titles, and a true opportunity for each of us to equally create our own stimulus package.
Like the “Pay It Forward”, CEO and Founder Rob Towles had a vision to help people and give them an opportunity to create their own stimulus package. Before getting involved, I wanted to make sure this was the right company, I did not want to be sucked in by the networkers that were all about themselves (and we all know plenty of them!), so my sponsor set up a call for Rob and I to talk.
I listened! I listened to man who had a vision to help the world. A true vision of selflessness and I was impressed.
