Funded Proposals and how to build one

A funded proposal is the concept of having your new prospects, or personally enrolled members in your primary program signing up for low-cost, low-end items that they need, like an auto-responder, hosting, and accounts at various different advertising sites.

The funded proposal is something that allows you to get more out of your downlines than the fraction of what you brought to the program.  In other words, if you had someone join you in a program and they bought 2 cases of Mandura for $55.00, you only get a small fraction of that.

You only get a small fraction of what you bring in with most network marketing companies ‘compensation plans because there needs to be true leverage, which means lower initial payouts designed for longer-term leverage and large payouts in the future.

However, funded proposals are a great way to keep your prospects happy, too, because many of your downlines will never produce much in the way of enrolling people after their initial few, but if there’s a funded proposal in place that their signups got put through, then they’re at least making some money that will help pay for their auto-ships or monthly recurring fees to be involved in the primary program.
