Let me start by telling you what this blog post IS NOT about.
- It’s not going to teach you how to get a domain name.
- It’s not going to teach you you to install WordPress.
- It’s not going to teach you about BlogSpot.
There is already plenty of material on the internet today to teach you the basic set up functions.
What this will be about is how to set up your mlm network marketing blog for lead generation.

-You have to become an expert at something. This doesn’t mean you have to have a bachelors degree. If you know more than somebody else and can teach them, you are considered an expert in this industry.
-Your prospect has to buy from you first BEFORE you try to sell them any affiliate program. It can be a simple $7.00 Report or video series. It must Over Deliver in value. This creates trust and then you then become the “goto” person.
-You need to have an opt-in form with a FREE Offer of Real Value along with an email campaign that will continue to drip on them and sell them on buying your product. -The content has to be quality content and ALL YOU! This is all part of the online branding and with the right tools and knowledge you can build a blog that will bring you quality, target leads that will buy from you over and over again.
-Network Marketing is most definitely a numbers game. All too often, one gets caught up in the affiliate programs and send their traffic all over the place. It’s a hit am miss game. You send some traffic to this program and you send some traffic to that program and you might if you get lucky make alittle bit of money this way. You will never make enough to substantiate making a full time living from it.
+ -All of your traffic needs to come to one place. It doesn’t matter how you drive the traffic here as long as it all comes to this one stomping ground. be it social media traffic such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace or even PPC advertising.
On a blog, your opt-in form will be on every post page and every static page. You can drive traffic to any particle post/page you want. The key is to get the prospect to opt into your Free Offer. This begins the beginning of the trust factor that is KEY in this industry.
If someone doesn’t trust you , they are not going to open their wallets to you and if they do buy in on impulse, they will be gone in under 30 days. The blog is the entry point of your marketing funnel. This need to be set up properly, from the domain name, to the key words, anchor text, free offer and even your email campaign.

Wow! Nobody tells you this. Everybody just says you need to be blogging to be found, but I didn’t know there was a science behind it. I always wondered how some got some readers. Consistency & commitment is always key Brooke, however one could spend quite a bit of time spinning their wheels if they don’t start with the basics set up properly! They may achieve results but not in the quantity they could have.
Good tips about how a blog can bring you traffic. I also recommend being involved in discussions on social sites like LinkedIn. By posting comments to the discussions, you can easily build some value back links to your blog or site.
