In the last post, Offline Lead Generation Methods and Strategies, we left off discussing how to effectively parse the bizopp seekers from the true network marketing entrepreneurial types you really want in your organization.

If you’re meeting people in person, how do you pre-qualify them on the spot, and what do you do when you realize you’re interacting with Type B, the BizOppSekker and not type A, your Network marketer type?

Answer: Have two different business cards or drop cards with you at all times. One for each type.

These cards will each go to different domain names with name capture systems in place. These name capture systems deliver your message according to their “type”.

Not to sound like a peddler here, but that’s what excites me the most about this system here, they give you 2 different types of back end systems, because they know that totally abandoning the bizopp seekers audience means leaving a lot of potential income behind. With that system you have 2 options to utilize, and both options specifically address the main main type so fpeople you’re targeting with your message.

When you meet Type A, you give them the card that most suits them, and do likewise for the Type Bs.

Now that’s all well and good for when you’re meeting people in person, face-to-face, but more often than not you don’t get to meet each and every single person who received one of your your 5000 drop cards.   A lot of times your offline lead generation is an anonymous “message” left behind for someone to pick, read, take action, or do nothing at all.

This is when you need to consider what your offline prospecting materials such as CDs, DVDs, business cards, and drop cards say on them and the harmony in the “message” being delivered to those prospects.

When giving out CDs and DVDs, more often than not you’ll have your primary programs ifnormation on there, therefore you’ll be direct marketing/peddling your primary there, but that doesn’t have to be the case.

  • Keep your options open, allow your prospects a choice.
  • Give those CD and DVD holders 2 business cards that accompany what you gave them.
  • Let them make the choice of which path best suits them (Card A for Type A, Card B for Type B).

Where to give away CDs and DVDs?

  • Waiters,
  • waitresses,
  • tool booths,
  • even friends and family (only those who truly are pre-qualified and ask you for information!)
