How to make your network marketing team duplicate?
The concept of network marketing works on the principle of duplication. Duplicate the system and the results will follow. Problem is, most MLM’ers get the system confused with their upline. What do I mean by this?
Simply put, a system is duplicable but people are not. Get this and you will get an idea of why so many people fail in this business.
People are not duplicable. Many distributors fall for the trap of trying to be like their sponsor, upline or some MLM superstar from years gone by. They put these people on a pedestal and see them as some sort of guru. This is a big mistake.
But I will tell you from my experience what I do in my team. I have been working for companies like Amway, Safe Invest, Herba Life, Gldn, Oriflame, NWL, Avon,… so I have learned some things.
The biggest problem is when you have your team, growing every day more and more, you don’t have time for all people. And if you not teach new people to do as you do, you will loose contact with them, they will not teach others, simply no duplication, no people. Slowly, they will get out of the business, they will not have motivation, they will not have somebody to resolve their problems.
Most of sponsors not care for people in 3rd,4th,5th,… generations, why? They think they are not their people, they don’t know them…But for me all those people are the same for me, my people, my team..like I have enrolled them personally.I teach all of them, leaders or no leaders, you have to help them, help your leaders to get more involved in team trainings.I will show you some strategies to help your network marketing team duplicate and how to get new people in your team offline.
Example: NEVER start conversation with business offer, start talking to person like you don’t work for network marketing company and slowly come to subject of your business.
I go to bakery and start conversation about weather and about how I don’t want to go work anymore. They will talk back the same, and after I tell them that I have been involved in business where I can work for me and soon I will quit my job. Then they want to talk back what I am doing, what kind of business,..so I talk back that I am sorry I don’t have time now to talk, I give them my card and I tell them when THEY have time to call me, we will talk about it on next meeting.
NEVER tell to people YOU MUST, YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD, I PROMISE YOU,…this kind of words are very dangerous, people will not join you for sure.
NEVER lie to people, after you will loose them, especially if they are your friends or family, you will loose their trust.
NEVER call your team every day or week and tak to them why are they not working, what are they waiting, why they not buy more products,..BELIEVE me they will all leave you. I would.
Some of things what should good sponsor do:
1.Teach that they need to let their friends and family know what they’re doing.
2.Teach them not to let their friends and family discourage them. This is probably the most important thing to teach a new person. It’s been said that more people drop out of MLM or any business because someone talked them out of it. In my case it is my mother..
3.Teach them how the compensation plan works, they need to know how to get paid and they need to be able to explain it to others.
4.Provide support for them and teach them to provide support for their downline, don’ t be selfish, you were there too.
5.Teach them to buy business cards, this is great thing to get new people.
