Is your funded proposal causing unacceptable attrition rates?

There’s no doubt about it, marketing funded proposals works wonders for your cash flow.  However, there are certain types of funded proposals that are virtually guaranteeing you’ll see unacceptable attrition rates in your organization.

Some funded proposals are set up so the people joining after you are “forced” to join program sunder you, then the process is repeated for the people that join after them.  The problem with some proposals is the programs that people are socially engineeered into joining:

They’re usually monthly fee programs the recently enrolled member really has no interest in using, and the funded proposal is really their only vehicle for building an organization.

A newbie network marketer could find themselves paying out over 100-200 dollars a month with this type of funded proposal, which shortens the “grace period” you have before they abandon ship.  As the monthly fees pile up, the frustrations increase and eventually your efforts were all for naught.

The other main issue that affects your success with marketing a funde dproosal has to do with a lack of training…

Once people join a funded proposal there needs to be some training provided tot he ne wmembers so they can get things going.

They have about 2 months to realize some cash flow before they quit, so good training will keep them on board and maybe even get them into some sort of productive activity.

Another major failure of most funded proposals is there isn’t any vehicle for building your list and truly branding yourself.  To be truly successful as a network marketer you need to be perceived as a leader, not as yet another affiliate trying to sell something.

So what makes for a perfect network marketing funded proposal?

  1. Something that builds your list
  2. Something that brands you
  3. Something that provides top-notch training on a regular basis
  4. Something that doesn’t require people to join a bunch of monthly programs in order to maintain active affiliate links.
