Monavie’s been around a while and still remains a powerhouse MLM company with an ever-expanding worldwide presence and reach. They’re a worldwide company with a product line that’s “evergreen”, meaning they have a product line consisting of network marketing health products.

The founding members of Monavie include Dallin Larsen, Randy Larsen and four time Olympian, Henry Marsh. Monavie got its start in January 2005. Monavie operates in over 10 countries with rapid global expansion plans in place. In 2008, Monavie broke the record for achieving a billion dollars in revenue in shortest amount of time.
Monavie has grown significantly since its start in 2005. In September 2008, Inc 500 Magazine rated Monavie as the #1 fastest growing company in America in the food and beverage category and #3 fastest in terms of revenue. CEO and founder, Dallin Larsen, also received the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.
Monavie allegedly set some earned income records for and with its distributors due to its somewhat unique compensation plan.

Monavie Compensation Plan - Part uni-level (one-leg straight-line) part matrix, part binary…
Part binary because you start off by building two legs, a left and a right, which makes sense because most people in this industry aren’t going to be like the top builders/producers who get 100s of people in to front-end load their organizations.
Realistically speaking when you think of binary compensation plans it means this: you get 2 to get 2, and that’s it, as long as you can get 2 people to join under you, then your organization will grow, you’ll have time and desire to help your downlines grow their business because part of the genius of a binary is that the real benefit comes from networking and growing your organization, not just building people under yourself.
Part Matrix - As was just mentioned, with a binary you have 2 legs, but when do those legs fill up, if ever???
Well, enter the Matrix portion of the Monavie compensation plan which basically only allows you to have 2 spots on your first level. After filling in your left and right (your 2 matrix positions), which is something most average marketers can do, then the only place or room for your future personal enrollees is deeper within your organization, and these new enrollees will be placed below your downlines (lucky them!).
Some programs offer or mention or promise spillover but when you have a binary matrix, the very design of this type of compensation plan forces downline spillover and free enrollees placement since you have no where to place your personally- sponsored team members.

Monavie compensation plan is part uni-level, too. Look at the picture below to see how uni-level structuring appears, then imagine getting rewarded on a percentage of income generated your personal enrollees and another smaller percentage of their reward for getting people in, too.
Uni levels generally reward top builders with higher percentage compensation since they’re building up their front lines very wide, but they’re not getting any deep organizational benefit from it though. Suffice to say, Monavie’s compensation plan has a uni level element to it to reward top builders, too
OK, enough compensation plans and pictures and diagrams and bonuses and X# of ways to earn!!!!
Forget all that stuff for now, and remember some things (please).
- Most people can only get (or are willing to get) 2 people into their organization
- MLM and network marketing compensation plans are really meant to reward the whole organization not top producers only. Team work and good building is what makes MLM and network marketing work really well for most people.
- No one pure compensation is perfect, and even Monavie’s compensation plan isn’t a picture-perfect, one size fits all comp.plan but it does incorporate a lot of things to reward different types of builders.
- Lastly, traditional MLM recruting has been a belly-to-belly face-to-face proposition which really only made it possible for the select few people who were willing to be “rainmakers” to do really well in this business, but one thing all successful network marketers know is that you should let your website do the talking for you.
