Starting A Network Marketing Business – The VERY First Step Is… ?
What’s the very first step when starting any new enterprise idea, venture such as a network marketing business?
- Is it researching good programs with good products and great compensation plans?
- Is it finding a good team to be on?
- Is it finding a good leader to follow so you can learn from them?
No, no , no!
Why not? Look at it this way…
If you find a good sponsor and team, and team leader, you still have to get people to join YOU because they beleiv ein YOU and your potential for helping them succeed.
If you are told every single network marketing trick in the book and are also told exactly how to do it, it is still up to you to implement these marketing strategies and tactics effectively.
If you are on the best team, getting the most leads and prospects and driving traffic to the highest converting pages, at some point you’ll receive a phone call from an interested prospect who wants to talk to….YOU…!
Therefore, when starting a network marketing business, you need to realize a few things;
1- It all starts and ends with you
2- YOU are the driving force behind the success of your business
3- YOUR attitude and presentation of self will propel you towards whatever success you deserve.
4- YOU need to be a leader
How can YOU make YOU better?
How can YOU pre-determine and practically guarantee your success with anything YOU do?
Do you doubt that you have the leadership skills necessary to present yourself the way you need to in order to make people believe in you?
DO NOT COMMIT YOURSELF TO FAILURE
DO NOT FAIL BEFORE YOU TRY

When You Build a Business, Your Real “WHY” is never the Money.
Answering these questions may help you find your “WHY”.
• What does your family mean to you?
• What do you want for your own personal growth?
• What you want to accomplish in your lifetime?
• What scares you to death?
• What would it mean to you to help others change their lives?
Good points Soren, however that’s not realistic for most people.
Money, and acquisition of more of it seems to be how and why people think they’ll be happier.
I love what I do, love training people and I STILL get excited when they see success for themselves.
And I’d do it for free except for the fact that free content isn’t always valued by the “you get whay you pay for” mindset. People treat paid commodities as more valuable and pay more attention to them since they paid for it/them.
If you love what you do, then it’s not work, it’s a passion and the passion begets more interested believers, plain and simple.
So, Soren, tell me how does someone alter their mindset to replace “MORE MONEY IS WHY” with something a but more altruistic like “Self development, personal enrichment..is WHY”?
