This post explains the siphoning method for recruiting people into your sales funnel and/or primary program:

This video clip and quote from the movie , “There Will Be Blood” explains the siphoning method pretty well

Drinking Your Milk Shake

Drinking Your Milk Shake

Daniel Day Lewis Character Daniel Plainview:
Drainage! Drainage, Eli! Drained dry, you boy! If you have a milkshake and I have a milkshake and I have a straw and my straw reaches across the room and starts to drink your milkshake. I drink your milkshake! I drink it up!

This is a simple method with endless possibilities because the objective here is to “steal” away the potential prospects interested in other programs.

The way this works is you do a review or video or article focusing on other programs, but you always end up suggesting that there’s something missing, or something extra that is needed for the reader/watcher to do in order to succeed with their business.

And what’s “missing” may either be the compensation plan for program X is lacking somehow, or that Program Y is much better for myriad reasons.
